Deeper skin tends to darken where it's been irritated. A peel that's too strong, or a treatment that's too harsh, can leave new dark marks on top of the ones you came in to fix.
So every plan starts with a consult. Crystal looks at your skin, asks what you want to change, and picks the facial or peel and the strength that fits, then adjusts as your skin responds.

Are peels safe on dark skin?
With the right peel at the right strength, yes. Deeper skin can darken where it's irritated, so Crystal starts with a consult and picks the peel and strength for your skin.
Which treatment is best for dark spots?
It depends on what caused them and how deep they are. Crystal will look at your skin at your free consult and suggest a facial, a peel or a series.
Is there downtime?
Most facials have none. Microneedling usually leaves some redness for a few days, and peels can cause some flaking while the skin renews.
Who shouldn't get microneedling?
It isn't safe during pregnancy or for people using certain acne medications. Tell Crystal about any medication at your consult.
Can I combine a facial with laser?
Yes. Many clients use laser for the hair and facials or peels for the marks it leaves. Crystal will space them out to suit your skin.
